Research at SERC

SERC supports research to better understand the natural and cultural resources in Acadia National Park and throughout the region. The research that is done at SERC helps park managers and other decision makers make informed decisions concerning our most treasured resources. Our education research also helps interpreters and educators improve the effectiveness of their programs and curricula.

SERC is dedicated to developing the scientists and educators of the future with its activities today.
